2007
Delta Controls Italy is established in Milan as the Italian branch office of Canadian company Delta Controls Inc., a leading provider of building automation technology based on native BACnet.
2012
Our operational headquarters opens in Turin, home to our technical and development teams.
2014
Pirelli joins our client portfolio. Delta Controls Italy delivers a multi-vendor Building Management System (BMS) for existing systems, HVAC management and energy-use management.
2015
Delta Controls Italy is selected to provide a BACnet-based access control and anti-intrusion solution for the new Regione Piemonte skyscraper.
2018
A number of social housing projects for InvestiRE, a major investment fund and investment management company, establish Delta Controls Italy as a reference partner for clients seeking to optimise energy efficiency by extracting value from installed-system data.
2022
We launch Energy Management projects using systems that apply real-time Business Intelligence logic, together with the development of two apps: one for the residential sector and one for commercial buildings.
2024
Delta Controls Italy becomes Data Controls Italy, launching a new mission from Italy: to provide clients with even more advanced solutions and services for data management, helping organisations make more effective strategic decisions.
